3. Limitations of Service
Users must understand and acknowledge the following critical limitations:

- Claim ownership of AI-generated responses
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
- Seekefy (Pty) Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any damages arising from:
- Reliance on information provided by ExplainMyRights
- Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information in responses
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
- Loss of data, privacy breaches, or unauthorized access
- Legal consequences of actions taken based on the Service
- Decisions made without consulting a qualified attorney
- In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Seekefy (Pty) Ltd.
14. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
